American Association of Teachers of German (AATG) Internship Program:
College students looking for the opportunity to gain work experience in Germany can now apply for a summer internship through the AATG Internship Program. Internships are available in a wide variety of fields, including social services, agriculture, medicine, business, childcare, and engineering.

AmeriCan Adventures: Summer Jobs after Graduation
AmeriCan Adventures provides four summer internship positions each year for UO students recommended by the Department of German and Scandinavian. The scheduled work dates are between the beginning of April and the end of September. Students will be hired as tour leaders for a wide variety of trips that can be a combination of German-speaking and English-speaking tours. Students will receive 3 weeks of paid training. Upon successful completion of the full training program, they will be offered a start date for their first trip. Available training camps are in April, May, June, and July. Managers will work with the students throughout their season to continually develop the necessary leadership skills for the role. Students will have to pay for their own transportation to Santa Rosa for training, and to return home at the end of their season.
