AmeriCan Adventures: Summer Jobs after Graduation

AmeriCan Adventures provides four summer internship positions each year for UO students recommended by the Department of German and Scandinavian. The scheduled work dates are between the beginning of April and the end of September. Students will be hired as tour leaders for a wide variety of trips that can be a combination of German-speaking and English-speaking tours. Students will receive 3 weeks of paid training. Upon successful completion of the full training program, they will be offered a start date for their first trip. Available training camps are in April, May, June, and July. Managers will work with the students throughout their season to continually develop the necessary leadership skills for the role. Students will have to pay for their own transportation to Santa Rosa for training, and to return home at the end of their season.
